What Equipment do you need?
Internet Connection
This depends on how many employees you have in your office.
Each concurrent call requires 64 KB upload and download speed to make a Crystal Clear VoIP Call to any destination in the World.
For 15 concurrent calls you will need at least a full 1Mb connection both upload and download.
VoIP Phones
With Tpad you can use any VoIP Device (ATA / IP Phone / WiFi Mobile / Softphone).
ATA : use your existing phones and add this ATA adaptor to convert them into VoIP Phones.
IP Phone : use any IP Phone (SIP Enabled), we recommend Linksys / Snom for easy setup.
WiFi Mobile : use any WiFi Enabled Mobile (Nokia N / E Series) to make free VoIP calls.
Softphone : Tpad is compatible with any of the Free Softphones (Tpad / Xlite / SJphone / Express Talk etc.)
Access Points / Routers
Each VoIP Phone will need a LAN Cable to connect to, so you will need a basic router.
1 x VoIP Phone = needs a LAN cable (the wire that is in your PC to give you internet) simply install a router and connect the cable from the router to your phone, very simple!

Simply add Tpad Call Credit to each phone via your manage account page, and you set any amount you want for each phone.
