Consultation & Review
At Tpad, we follow the internationally recognized Prince2 Practitioner methodology to project planning. It is a process based scalable method for effective project management for all types of projects.
Once you accept the proposal, we will create a complete project plan with timescales and relevant dependencies illustrated throughout.
We will arrange for a documented site survey with you to complete a full Project Initiation Document (PID) that will relate to the telephone system installation.
The first step is to appoint a Project Manager who will be personally responsible for managing your project through to completion
- A full site survey will be conducted to ascertain that all the relevant network cabling and access is in place in order to complete the installation on the predetermined install date
- Remote network testing will be completed before our engineers go on site to complete the installation
- A Project Initiation Document (PID) will be completed with your team to ensure that the system is configured and tailored to your exact specifications
- Provide proactive communication of installation timescales between you and your Project Manager We review the experience that your current systems, fixed and mobile, are delivering for you and for your customers, and the true costs associated with this most vital of business services.
