Call Forwarding
The concept behind Tpad is that you give out your Tpad Number to all your
contacts, particularly overseas. Then you set up your account to ensure you
can always be reached in the most cost effective way. You can determine how
you wish to receive the calls.
Normally, when you are at your PC, you will receive the calls on your Tpad
Softphone (or any other Tpad device like IP phone or phone with ATA adaptor
etc). However you can set your call forwarding to re-direct your calls to
other normal phones e.g landline phone or mobile phone. You can decide
which number to re-direct to depending on the status of the call.
All call forwarding is set from the Manage Account page.
Status Offline
If you want to re-direct to another phone number when you are not logged-in
(offline)
Status No Answer
If you want to re-direct to another phone number when you are on-line but
you do not answer the call after 30 seconds
Status Busy/Engaged
If you want to re-direct to another phone number when your Tpad phone is
busy or engaged
Status Divert All Calls
If you want to divert all calls whether you are on-line or off-line
